The Nengji Garden Residential Community is a newly completed group of architectural demonstration residential projects built by the Chinese government in cooperation with the Italian government. It is located in the eastern part of the district of Enjizhuang in the western suburbs of Beijing, along a long stretch of land along the northern bank of the north bank of the Wanquan River (Figs. 1 and 3).
