目的探讨应用多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)技术对椎动脉变异进行分型的方法及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析经MSCTA诊断的椎动脉变异66例。结果单纯椎动脉起源变异3例,单纯椎动脉行径变异14例(16条),起源变异合并行径变异29例(34条),单侧椎动脉双分支2例,椎动脉窗式变异11例,单干椎动脉形成基底动脉(一侧椎动脉未汇合入基底动脉)7例。变异椎动脉与无变异椎动脉粥样硬化的发生率无显著性差异(χ2=2.735,P=0.098)。结论作为一种无创性的影像学检查方法,MSCTA在椎动脉变异的临床诊断中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the method and clinical significance of using multislice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) to classify vertebral artery variability. Methods Retrospective analysis of 66 cases of vertebral artery changes diagnosed by MSCTA. Results There were 3 cases of simple vertebral artery origin mutation, 14 cases of simple vertebral artery pathological variation, 29 cases of origin mutation combined with pathological variation, 34 cases of unilateral vertebral artery bifurcation, 11 cases of vertebral artery window variant, The basilar artery was formed by single vertebral artery (one vertebral artery did not converge into the basilar artery). There was no significant difference in the incidence of variant vertebral artery and non-variant vertebral artery atherosclerosis (χ2 = 2.735, P = 0.098). Conclusion As a noninvasive imaging method, MSCTA has high value in the clinical diagnosis of vertebral artery variability.
