我院用胞二磷胆硷球后注射治疗视神经萎缩时,发生1例视力明显下降,现报告如下。姚××女44岁农民双眼视力下降4年,入院治疗。视力右0.01,左0.2(均不能矫正)。双外眼正常。双视乳头边界清,色苍白,视网膜血管正常。眼压指测正常。周边视野向心性缩小,右眼中央暗点。采用胞二磷胆硷375mg(3ml)加2%奴夫卡因1ml(双眼量)球后注射,隔日1次。球后注射三次后,视力右0.05,左0.5,球后注射4次后,左眼视力突然下降,视力右0.05。左指数/眼前。双外眼正常,屈光间质清晰,眼底检查与入院时同。双眼压指测正常,右眼视野与入院时相同,中央暗点消失,左下方视野较入院时缩小约20°。左眼
In our hospital with citicoline choline ball injection treatment of optic atrophy, the occurrence of a significant decrease in visual acuity, are as follows.
