已研制出一种自生载体浮选工艺,用以处理细粒的和低品位的矿石。在自生载体浮选工艺中,自己产生的有价矿物本身就可作为一种载体(而在常规的载体浮选过程中必须另外加入载体),因而就可避免下一步在分离被载带矿物和载体再生时所遇到的困难。本文研究和总结了自生载体浮选法对各种矿石的分选效果和几项主要的工艺参数。
A self-supporting carrier flotation process has been developed for the treatment of fine and low grade ores. In the self-supporting process of flotation, the valuable minerals produced by themselves can be used as a carrier (and in the conventional carrier flotation process must be added to the carrier), thus avoiding the next step in the separation of minerals and Difficulties encountered in carrier regeneration. This paper studies and summarizes the autocatalytic flotation separation of various ores and several major process parameters.
