帅孟奇,湖南省汉寿县人,出生于汉寿县东乡陈家湾一个贫苦农民家庭。1926年6月加入中国共产党。1927年1月,中共汉寿县委成立,任县委委员,1945年出席党的七大后,任中央妇委秘书长。1949年3月,当选为全国妇联常委兼组织部长。同年7月调中央组织部工作。1956年在党的八大上当选为中央候补委员、中央监察委员会
Shuai Mengqi, a native of Hanshou County in Hunan Province, was born in a poor peasant family in Chenjia Bay, Dongxiang, Hanshou County. In 1926 June to join the Chinese Communist Party. In January 1927, Hanshou County CPC Committee was established and served as a member of the county committee. After attending the Seventh Conference of the Party in 1945, he served as secretary general of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. In 1949 March, was elected as the All-China Women’s Federation Standing Committee and Organization Minister. In July the same year transferred to the Central Organization Department.
