推广生态农业,促进高产优质高效农业的发展──初论湖北省生态农业建设的发展战略湖北省农业生态环境保护站我省自1983年开始创办村级生态农业试点以来,目前全省已有不同试点81个,其中县级7个,乡镇级39个,村级35个。试点区面积近2666.67ha,其中耕地1.867×10 ̄5ha。1991年我省遭受百年难遇的特大洪涝灾害,但生态农业试点区仍获得全面丰收,与大丰收的1990年相比,农业总产值增加8000万元,年人平均纯收入增3.8%,粮食总产量增加6.6×10 ̄7kg,水土流失面积7533ha,森林覆盖率达27.5%,比全省平均水平高1.8个百分点,粮食商品率达46.8%,生态工程和生态技术的抗灾能力和稳产功能得到充分证明。为了使我省生态农业建设“点上出精品,面上有规模”,我们在调查研究的基础上初步形成了湖北省生态农业建设的总体思路。1指导思想以保护建立良好的农业生态环境为前提,稳固提高种植业水平为基础,从充分合理开发资源出发,不断优化区域生产力布局和产业结构,实现经济、生态、社会三大效益相统一,生态、经济双向良性循环,农业持续稳定协调发展。2技术路线生态区划→系统规划→分区试点→模式优化→推广辐射的滚动扩散。
