1.断油报警器 冶金工厂设备的润滑大都采用循环润滑方式,但这种润滑方式一旦油路中断,就会造成严重的设备事故。1983年上钢二厂一台减速机曾遇到过这种情况,结果齿轮严重磨损,轴承烧坏,造成很大的经济损失。 液流信号阀是油量监控的基本元件,其作用是监视管路系统中液流工作情况。一旦液流发生阻塞、中断或流量严重不足,能及时报警和紧急自动接入备自油路运行,以防事故的发生。液流信号阀是采用永磁体(磁环)——千簧管接点式新结构,当管路系统中液体流动时,磁环浮子上升,在磁场的作用下干簧管动作,并输出信号,当液体阻塞、中断或流量严重不足时,磁环浮子便下降,干簧管不受磁场作用,就立即报警。阀体采用铝合金,对磁环升降无影响。
