制定战略和实施战略的关键都在于对企业外部环境的变化进行分析,对企业的内部条件和素质进行审核,并以此为前提确定企业的战略目标,使三者之间达成动态平衡。从实战的角度学习战略管理理论,从战略管理理论角度指导实战,既不能神秘化,也不能随意化;实施企业战略管理一方面要遵守战略管理的基本规律,不能速成;另一方面要进行战略创新,进行差异管理,超越自己,从而取得战略管理的绩效。
