近年来,四川省天全白沙河林业集团总公司立足林业办产业,积极寻找企业新的增长点,取得了良好的经济效益,下属5家二级企业家家盈利。公司被省质量技术监督局评为“质量好,信誉佳”企业,石材厂生产的玫瑰红花岗石板材荣获全国林业名特优新博览会金奖。玫瑰红板材和刨花板在市场上极为畅销。 公司在抓生产经营管理上,对产量、产值、利润实行目标责任制,层层承包。在成本管理过程中,公司根据5家二级企业的生产环节,结合市场行情分析,拟定出各种产品的生产成本,落实保证生产任务完成、严格成本核算、奖惩兑现的管理办法。在产品销售上,5家子公司均采取“批款批货、现款现货”的销售办法,保证了货歉及时回收,确保了资金的周转流通。
