党的十八大指明了企业在新形势新任务前提下提出了新要求,对于企业的思想政治工作如何在新的形势要求下进一步拓展工作理念,创新工作思路,改进工作方法指明了方向,也使企业的思想工作者找到了工作的重心和着力点。那就是必须紧紧围绕企业生产经营中心,牢记使命,肩负职责,不负重托,为企业多创效益、为职工多做实事,努力实现企业和职工的梦想做出积极努力。
