本试验对我国北方冷季型草坪草早熟禾(Merit)进行不同使用浓度、不同频次的融雪剂处理,观测处理后的综合性状,测定其叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性等生理生化指标,来评价不同处理的融雪剂对早熟禾草坪的安全性。结果表明:在一定范围内,随着融雪剂施用量和处理次数的增加,叶绿素含量变化总体趋势为先增加后减少,脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量增加,MDA含量先减少后增加再减少。
In this experiment, the cold-season turfgrass Kentucky bluegrass in north China was treated with deicing salt at different concentrations and different frequency to observe the comprehensive characters after treatment. The chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, proline content, Aldehyde content, superoxide dismutase activity and other physiological and biochemical indicators to evaluate the safety of different treatments of deicing salt Po lawn. The results showed that the chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased, the content of proline and soluble sugar increased, the content of MDA decreased at first, then increased and then decreased with the increasing of deicing salt dosage and treatment times.
