1983～1985年在我院分娩胎儿5056例,单胎臀位312例,发生率为6.17％。312例中初产妇291例,占93.3％;经产妇21例,占6.7%。臀位分娩有37例早产,孕龄以30～36周居多,发生率为11.85％;阴道助产者33(?),新生儿窒息22例(A pgar氏评分6分以下),其中12例死亡,早产儿死亡率63.3％。312例中以剖宫产分娩168例,新生儿出生后一分钟A pgar氏评7～10分者 160例,占95.8％,评6分以下8例,占4.2％。阴道分娩133例(11例脐带脱垂,来院时已死宫内,未计算在內),评7～10分85例,占63.9％,评
From 1983 to 1985, 5056 fetuses were delivered in our hospital, and 312 cases of single-breech were found. The incidence rate was 6.17%. Among the 312 cases, 291 were primipara, accounting for 93.3%; 21 were maternal, accounting for 6.7%. Breech delivery 37 cases of preterm birth, gestational age 30 to 36 weeks, the incidence was 11.85%; vaginal delivery 33 (?), 22 cases of neonatal asphyxia (Apgar’s score of 6 points or less), of which 12 cases Death, premature infant mortality rate 63.3%. Among the 312 cases, 168 cases were delivered by cesarean section, 160 cases were diagnosed 7 to 10 points after neonatal birth, accounting for 95.8%.
