本文应用ABC免疫组织化学方法,研究了6例正常人颈、腰段脊神经节细胞和大白鼠L_4段脊神经节细胞内的降钙素基因相关肽样免疫反应。实验结果指出,约31.6%的人脊神经节细胞呈现降钙素基因相关肽阳性反应,其中22.8%为小细胞、5.6%为中等细胞、3.2%为大细胞。大白鼠L_4段脊神经节内,约39.8%的节细胞呈现降钙素基因相关肽阳性反应,其中小细胞占30.5%、中型细胞占6.0%、大型细胞为3.3%。结果表明降钙素基因相关肽可能在一级感觉传入系统中起较大作用。
In this study, ABC immunohistochemistry was used to study the calcitonin gene-related peptide-like immunoreactivity in 6 normal human cervical and lumbar spinal ganglion cells and L4 spinal ganglion cells in rats. Experimental results show that about 31.6% of human spinal ganglion cells showed positive calcitonin gene-related peptide reaction, of which 22.8% of small cells, 5.6% of medium cells, 3.2% of large cells. Approximately 39.8% of the ganglion cells showed positive calcitonin gene-related peptide in the L4 spinal ganglion, with 30.5% for small cells, 6.0% for medium cells, and 3.3% for large cells. The results show that calcitonin gene-related peptide may play a greater role in the primary sensory delivery system.
