上海市政府近日与中国联通集团公司在沪签署共建智慧城市战略合作框架协议。双方将围绕加大建设力度打造领先的信息基础设施、推进智慧应用促进信息消费增长、加大投资推动互联网产业发展、布局重点项目落地助力上海自贸区建设等四方面开展战略合作。上海市委副书记、市长杨雄,中国联通集团公司董事长常小兵出席签约仪式,上海市副市长周波与中国联通集团公司副总经理邵广禄代表双方签署协议。
Shanghai Municipal Government recently signed a framework agreement on the strategic cooperation for building smart cities with China Unicom Group in Shanghai. Both sides will focus on intensifying construction to build a leading information infrastructure, promote smart applications to promote growth in information consumption, increase investment in promoting the development of the Internet industry, and lay out key projects to help boost Shanghai’s free trade area construction. Shanghai Municipal Committee, Mayor Yang Xiong, China Unicom Group Chairman Chang Xiaobing attended the signing ceremony, Zhou Bo, vice mayor of Shanghai and China Unicom Group Deputy General Manager Shao Guanglu signed an agreement on behalf of both.
