目前的病毒诊断方法包括费时的生物学测定法和血清试验。尽管血清试验灵敏快速,但不能检测全部的病毒性病原体。本文描述如何将核酸杂交技术应用到检测液点中的病毒从而克服上述问题,为灵活诊断系统挖掘潜力。
Current methods of virus diagnosis include time-consuming biological assays and serum tests. Although the serum test is fast and sensitive, it can not detect all of the viral pathogens. This article describes how to apply the nucleic acid hybridization technique to the virus in the detection spot to overcome the above problems and to tap the potential of flexible diagnostic systems.
