不锈钢冷挤的特点是变形抗力大,冷变形硬化严重。因此,对不锈钢就往往采用温挤的方式来降低变形抗力。但是又出现了一个新的问题,就是温挤后产品的机械性能及质量如何呢?本文在作者过去对不锈钢温锻的实验研究基础上,针对这一问题,对不锈钢1Cr18Ni 9 Ti经温挤后,产品的机械性能和尺寸精度进行了实验研究,作为过去研究的继续和补充。
Cold extrusion of stainless steel is characterized by large deformation resistance, severe cold deformation hardening. Therefore, the stainless steel is often used on the way to reduce the deformation temperature resistance. However, a new problem emerges that is the mechanical properties and quality of the product after warm extrusion. On the basis of the author’s previous experimental research on the warm forging of stainless steel, according to this problem, after the stainless steel 1Cr18Ni 9 Ti , The mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy of the product were studied experimentally as a continuation and complement of past research.
