通过应用修正后的以知识存量、劳动生产率、产业结构转换能力三个指标为核心的经济转型能力评价体系,结合相关的公开统计数据,对河北省11地市的经济转型能力进行测算,经过对不同地市之间经济转型能力得分、分项指标得分的比较,对各地市的经济转型问题进行探索性研究。我们此前曾分别对全国31省、福建、浙江、江苏、陕西、广东、辽宁等省所辖地市(及州、地市级地区)的经济转型能力进行了测评及排名。本次测评是以河北省11地市为对象,在坚持指标数据的可获 By applying the revised evaluation system of economic transformation with the three indicators of knowledge stock, labor productivity and industrial structure conversion ability as the core, the economic transformation ability of 11 cities in Hebei Province is measured with the related public statistics, Economic transition between different cities scoring, sub-index score comparison, the city’s economic transition to explore the issue. We have previously evaluated and ranked the economic transformation capacity of 31 provinces, including Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Guangdong and Liaoning provinces (and prefectures and prefectural-level regions) respectively.
