辛集市是1986年首批实现平原县绿化达标的先进典型,但是前几年,该市受“达标到站”的松劲情绪影响,致使平原绿化出现滑坡现象。省委书记程维高就平原绿化工作给各市(地)委书记的一封信发出之后,辛集市委、市政府联合发文,作出了《关于决战一年实现小康绿化市的决定》,再次掀起全市植树造林高潮。据统计,今年全市共植树136.5万株,绿化无树路821条,长666公里,占总数的95%;补植缺株断带路152条,长123公里,占总数的94%;绿化沟渠502条,长324公里。通过宣传,使全市各级干部增强了对平原绿化工作的紧迫感和责任感,树立起了为官一任,绿化一方的事业心。围绕市委、市政府《决定》精神,市政府1996年发文调整了市绿化委员会班子,加强了对绿化工作的领导。市委办公室、市政府办公室就春季植树工作
Xinji City was the first advanced model to achieve the greening standard of Pingyuan County in 1986, but a few years ago, the city was affected by the loose emotions of “standard arrival ”, causing landslide in the plains.
