苏州钢铁厂线材车间的工艺布置是φ400×4/φ300×6/φ280×8粗、中、精三列复二重式轧机,过去三机列中减速机至轧机间的接轴,全部采用鼓形齿接手,从1984年10月份起,逐步将上述齿接手改成十字轴式万向联轴器。这项改进对我厂φ6.5盘元产品在1985年创省优、1986年创部优活动中起到了保证的作用,年综合经济效益达351160元。江苏省冶金企业中的中、小型轧机遍地开花。如能在冶金设备上广泛采用十字轴式万向联轴器,将能获得更大的经济效益。在生产实践中,就我们所认识到的鼓形齿联轴器与十字轴式万向联轴器的优缺点,进行分析比较。
