针对高校基建工程项目在招投标阶段存在的问题,结合该阶段实际工作内容,在各个时间节点提出投资控制的具体措施,以期达到最大的投资效益。
Aiming at the existing problems in infrastructural engineering projects during the tendering and bidding stage in colleges and universities, and combining with the actual work contents at that stage, concrete measures for investment control are put forward at various time points so as to achieve the maximum investment benefit.
