一、前言数控机床的广泛应用,给机械加工行业带来了效益,如在模具制造中,使用线切割机加工模具,能达到准确、可靠、快速、方便的效果。然而,就目前线切割机功能来看,仅能完成平面的斜线、圆弧等的切割,无法完成诸如渐开线、摆线等的切割工作。在机械加工中,对于某些较短的、要求不十分精密的非圆曲线,可以采用圆弧来代替而不影响零件的使用性能者,就可以在线切割机上加工。我厂已使用圆弧代替转铃的扳手(内齿)、小扳铃的三个齿轮及扳手(外齿),效果很好。

In machining, for some shorter, less precise non-circular curve can be used instead of circular arc instead of affecting the performance of the parts, you can on-line cutting machine processing. Our factory has used circular arc instead of ringing wrench (inner tooth), small pull bell three gears and wrench (outer tooth), the effect is very good.
