赛中准备活动是指比赛进场前所做的准备活动,通常情况下,它与平时训练课的准备活动没有什么区别,目的都是克服生理惰性,提高机能状态,预防伤病的发生。一般而言,赛中准备活动的内容包括:有氧热身慢跑、肌肉韧带的牵拉练习、各种形式的加速跑、结合专项的专门性练习。但是,我们也发现了一个有趣的现象,那就是有个别运动员在赛中准备活动时采用了负重力量练习,并且取得了较好的成绩。通过查阅文献资料和对一些运动员的调查访问,我们认为,在赛中准备活动中引入力量性练习是可行的,特别对短距离跑、跳跃和投掷项目是非常有效的。
Preparatory activities during the game refers to preparations for the game before the event, usually, it is no different from the usual preparation for training activities, the purpose is to overcome the physiological inertia, improve functional status, prevention of injuries. In general, preparations for the competition include: aerobic warm-up jogging, muscular ligament stretching exercises, various forms of accelerated running, combined with specialized specialized exercises. However, we also found an interesting phenomenon in that some individual athletes used weight-bearing exercises to prepare for the race and achieved good results. By reviewing the literature and interviewing some athletes, we think it is feasible to introduce strength exercises in preparation for the race, especially for short runs, jumps and throws.
