用电化学方法评价了碳钢经喷镀Al、浸镀Al、喷镀Zn、浸镀Zn、离子注N几种处理后在含H_2S、CO_2水溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,每种表面处理方式均使碳钢的耐蚀性能得以改善,以浸镀Al改性效果最好,喷镀Al次之。水溶液中溶解的H_2S、CO_2气体含量对材料的腐蚀速度有较大的影响。研究还发现,温度对腐蚀动力学参数的影响随腐蚀控制步骤的不同而不同。对于阳极控制型,R_p和B_a值随温度上升而增加,而阴极控制型,它们则随温度升高而略有下降;各种类型的B_c。值随温度升高略有增加。
The corrosion behavior of carbon steel in H 2 S and CO 2 -containing aqueous solutions was evaluated by electrochemical methods after being sprayed with Al, immersed Al, sprayed Zn, immersed Zn and ion-implanted N treatments. The results show that the corrosion resistance of carbon steel can be improved by each surface treatment, and the Al modification effect is the best, followed by Al coating. The H 2 S and CO 2 gas dissolved in the aqueous solution have a great influence on the corrosion rate of the material. The study also found that the influence of temperature on the corrosion kinetics parameters varies with the steps of corrosion control. For the anodic control type, the values of R_p and B_a increase with increasing temperature, while in the cathodic control type, they decrease slightly with increasing temperature; various types of B_c. The value increases slightly with increasing temperature.
