中小学理科实验教师在实验室管理与实验教学中处于关键位置,其工作质量在一定程度上决定了学校实验教学的成效。但从现实看,对中小学理科实验教师工作量进行考核存在一定的难度,大多数学校往往以低于一线教师的工作系数为标准对其加以考核,严重挫伤了中小学理科实验教师工作的积极性和主动性。在此背景下,以南京市为样本,尝试建立一套客观公正的中小学理科实验教师绩效计算方法与评价体系,经所属部分区县学校试点并加以完善,取得了阶段性成果。

Under this background, taking Nanjing as an example, we try to set up a set of objective and fair calculation method and evaluation system for the performance of science experimental teachers in primary and secondary schools. The results of the preliminary research have been achieved through the piloting and perfection of some districts and counties.
