谈文化新闻,我想起了上海社科院学者花建的论述:“当1000年开始时,强盛的标志是对土地和人口等资源的占有。当1900年开始的时候,强盛实力的标志是对技术和能源、资源的占有。当历史跨入20世纪的最后20年,人们把强盛实力的标志转向包括政治、科学、文化和国民素质在内的综合国力。”
