伴随着经济发展和我国城市化水平的不断提高,城市数量不断增加,规模发展迅速,城市车辆在原有较大的基数上也在迅猛增加。城市基础设施和环境容量遭遇到的压力不断增大,但我国城市的车位供给却远落后于成几何级增长的车辆,车位供不应求的矛盾突出。同时由于过去一直没有统一的法律法规对有关车位权益问题作出具体统一的规定,法律出现缺位和空白,使得有关车位权益问题的纠纷不断增多,不仅严重损害了广大业主和开发商的利益,也在一定程度上扰乱了我国的市场经济秩序。值得庆幸的是,《物权法》在经历了漫长的7次审议后终于出台,第一次对车位的相关权益问题作出了具体的规定。本文在具体介绍我国城市化发展水平和现状的基础上,进一步探求我国的车辆增长状况。

Fortunately, “Property Law” finally came out after a long period of 7 deliberations, for the first time made specific provisions on the rights and interests of parking spaces. Based on the concrete introduction of the level and current status of urbanization in our country, this paper further explores the growth of vehicles in our country.
