河钢集团唐钢公司通过改造和升级,设计实现了面向钢铁企业智能制造的系统架构,并依托该架构搭建了唐钢设备全生命周期管理平台,实现了工厂设备资产全生命周期一体化管理,即全体设备管理参与人员通过此平台可以对全部的设备进行全流程、全业务和全费用的管理,同时平台也能够提供多维度管理价值输出,为决策分析、绩效考核提供有力支撑,使专业管理向良性方向不断发展。
Through reforming and upgrading, the steel company Tangshan Iron and Steel Company designed and implemented a system architecture for intelligent manufacturing of iron and steel enterprises. Based on this framework, it established a Tangshan Iron and Steel Equipment Life Cycle Management Platform to realize the integrated management of plant equipment assets throughout the life cycle, That is, all the equipment management participants can use this platform to conduct whole-process, full-service and full-cost management on all the equipment. Meanwhile, the platform can also provide multi-dimensional management of value output to provide powerful support for decision analysis and performance evaluation, In a positive direction of continuous development.
