约氏疟原虫约氏亚种(Plasmodium yoelii yoelii)为国内外用于疟疾研究的较常见的一种实验动物疟原虫。但对其在蚊媒宿主体内的发育过程,迄今尚未见系统研究的资料,本文首次报道该种疟原虫在斯氏按蚊(Anopheles stephensi)体内发育过程,对其各发育阶段所出现的时间及形态特征作了较详细的描述;同时,对国内的大劣按蚊(A.duris)和中华按蚊(A.hyrcanus sinensis)与斯氏按蚊对该种疟原虫的敏感性作了初步比较。
Plasmodium yoelii yoelii is the most common experimental animal, Plasmodium, used in malaria research at home and abroad. However, no systematic study has been done on its development in the mosquito host. In this paper, we report for the first time the development of this species in Anopheles stephensi, Morphological characteristics were described in more detail. At the same time, a preliminary comparison was made between the susceptibility of A.duris and A.hyrcanus sinensis in China to the Anopheles stephensi .
