加强部门统计管理是解决现实统计问题的需要。部门统计在运行过程中出现了越来越多的困难和问题,例如口径不一、数出多门、数据共享程度不高等,妨碍了部门统计职能的正常发挥。要解决这些问题,加强部门统计管理,建设现代统计服务体系是重要途径之一。通过建立和完善管理制度和机制,重点加强对调查项目、基础工作、主要数据的管理,达到“整体、协力、互补、共享”的目的。
Strengthening departmental statistics management is the need to solve the problem of actual statistics. Systematic statistics have seen more and more difficulties and problems in their operation. For example, they differ in caliber, count more than one, and have poor data sharing, which impedes the normal functioning of departmental statistics. To solve these problems, strengthening departmental statistical management and building a modern statistical service system are one of the important ways. Through the establishment and improvement of management systems and mechanisms, we will focus on strengthening the management of investigation items, basic work and major data to achieve the goal of “integrating, teamwork, complementarity and sharing”.
