本文论述了基于IP传输方式的数字电视平台特点,并重点介绍为了安全播出而采用的各级备份功能。为了做好安全播出,必须做到数字电视平台各环节的冗余和备份,主要有:设备备份、端口备份、信源备份、节目备份以及应急插播等。并且制定详细的应急预案,对每个环节设备故障引发的故障面、故障修复时间、人员技术水平需求等要素做全面细致分析,对系统方案进行反复的优化和评估,尽可能地减少系统中的单点故障点和技术隐患,将故障时间控制在允许范围。完善备份切换机制和垫播机制,切换时间均不超过3秒,提高前端系统的安全性。
