入世10年,也是中国汽车行业飞速发展的10年,零部件企业也不例外。在全球贸易越来越密切的背景下,国内零部件企业从管理、技术和体制等各方面都在与世界接轨,转企改制、合资合作、兼并重组等不断被提起,中外资本流动频繁,技术引进和联合研发屡见不鲜,出口规模逐年加大。与此同时,随着与国外的密切交流和相互渗透,我国的零部件行业更易受到国际形势的影响,如2008年的金融危机。

At the same time, with the close exchange and mutual infiltration with other countries, the parts and components industry in our country is more vulnerable to the international situation, such as the 2008 financial crisis.
