本文使用A·DE·KOVATS方法来进行不同比转速系列斜流泵的设计。根据用户所需的流量、扬程、转速和效率等设计参数,首先确定转轮的进、出口直径,然后确定转轮的其它尺寸和估算泵的效率。文中给出了使用该方法设计的四个斜流泵的水力模型木模图和400XD—9斜流泵的结构图。云南工业大学与昆明水泵厂联合研制开发的400XD—9斜流泵已在曲靖、昭通等地运行多年,性能良好,说明设计是成功的。 In this paper, the A · DE · KOVATS method is used to design different series speed ramp pumps. Based on design parameters such as flow, lift, speed and efficiency required by the user, first determine the inlet and outlet diameter of the runner, then determine the other dimensions of the runner and estimate the efficiency of the pump. The paper gives the hydraulic model wood pattern of four diagonal flow pumps and the structure diagram of 400XD-9 diagonal flow pump designed by this method. Yunnan University of Technology and Kunming Pump Factory jointly developed 400XD-9 diagonal flow pump has been in Qujing, Zhaotong and other places for many years, good performance, indicating that the design is successful.
