In early 2006, the party branch of the State Council Legislative Affairs Office Information Center organized an extraordinary branch of activity - theoretical research thesis competition. The competition started in a fair, orderly and warm atmosphere. Eight gay participants took to the podium one after another, and their passionate speech accompanied by exquisite slide shows won the applause of the audience. This theoretical research essay competition is a concentrated demonstration of the achievements made by the information center in creating a learning party branch and is also one of the important measures to promote the constant innovation of the government legal information work.
