我厂生产的产品中,渗氮件均选用典型的渗氮用钢38CrMoAl。对630吨平锻机选用的34CrNilMo及42CrMo钢以前从未进行过渗氮处理。因此我们对这两种钢材的渗氮工艺开展了试验研究工作,进行了各种不同渗氮工艺参数的试验,共计14炉次,近300个试样。对每炉的试样均进行了渗氮层深度、表面硬度、脆性级别、疏松级别、渗氮层相结构、表面氮含量及耐磨性等试验分析。从而提出了达到630吨平锻机技术要求的渗氮处理工艺参数。一渗氮层的金相特征及其显示利用金相法和硬度法,以一机部JB2849-79《钢铁零件渗氮层金相检验标准》为依据,测定了渗层深度、表面硬度、脆性及表面疏松等级别。经渗氮处理后的试样表面是由薄而硬,且耐腐蚀
