本文应用含有邻二醇功能基的不溶性聚合物支持体,将癸二醛进行单功能基保护,而另一自由醛基与三苯基一正已基溴化磷在DMSO/NaH存在下进行Wittig反应.在聚合物支持体上固想合成桃柱螟性信息素的顺式异构体——顺—10—十六碳烯醛—1.产物经红外光谱(?)核磁共振谱和质谱等测定得到证实.为具有顺式结构的长链烯醛的合成提供了一条简而易行的新方法.
In this paper, an insoluble polymer support containing vicinal diol functional groups was used to protect sebacaldehyde from monofunctional groups while the other free aldehyde was reacted with triphenyl-n-hexylphosphonium bromide in the presence of DMSO / NaH The cis-isomer-cis-10-hexadecenal-1 was synthesized on a polymer support by means of infrared spectroscopy (?)
