Since the 1990s, a new wave of informationization has been set off around the world. Information technology is widely used in all walks of life. The basic structure of information circulation in society as a whole has changed. Electronic documents have emerged. The application of modern information technology is an important symbol of the modernization of archives management in the new era. It has brought unprecedented impact on the traditional urban construction archives management.
