武汉市人民政府办公厅文件武政办[2013]158号各区人民政府,市人民政府各部门:为进一步完善全市既有住宅使用功能,提高居民生活水平,根据国家法律、法规和相关规定,经市人民政府同意,现就全市既有住宅增设电梯提出如下意见:一、本市4层及以上的合法产权住宅,符合本意见的,可申请增设电梯。二、既有住宅增设电梯遵循业主自愿、利益协调、安全可靠的原则,应当经本单元内建筑专有部分面积占建筑物总面积2/3以上的业主且占总人数2/3以上业主一致同意。
