China Unicom and South Korea’s SK telecom strong cooperation, set up after China’s accession to the WTO, the first Sino-foreign joint venture telecommunications company, foreshadowed the opening up of China in the telecommunications value-added services market, but also create a precedent for the cooperation between Chinese and foreign value-added services. Unicom Branch will make full use of China Unicom CDMA1X strong network technology advantages and take full advantage of SK Telecom in Korea CDMA wireless Internet technology and experience to accelerate China Unicom CDMA 1X user development and value-added business applications market process.
