乌柱尔重机厂,在生产中,使用和分析了深淬透性的轧辊钢9X2MΦ、75XM,对大型轧辊钢的质量和组织进行了研究,同时对轧辊的强度和应力状态也作了研究.改进和掌握大型工作辊和支承辊的工频感应加热淬火问题,主要目的是提高加热到组织转变温度时的热透深度,以达到强化和在最大深度中残余应力的合理分布.为保证薄板轧机的质量,要求轧辊的最高硬度为Hs90~102.同时改进轧辊的热处理工艺方面;以及提高轧机材料的质量和均匀性;轧辊的使用性能也作了研究.
