为研究葛根汤抗炎、止痛的有效部位。根据该方中各中药有效成分理化性质的不同 ,利用不同方法对葛根汤水煎液进行提取分离 ;将提取分离所得组分两两组合 ,用于抗炎、止痛实验 ,以筛选有效部位 ;通过HPLC等对筛选的有效部位进行定性研究。结果 :不加任何提取的水煎剂的抗炎作用略好于其他组 ;而在止痛方面 ,由乙醚提取液、正丁醇提取液和经上述提取后余下的水层三者混合液 ,效果较好 ,但无组间差异。认为乙醚提取部分合正丁醇提取部分 ,为该方抗炎、止痛有效部分
To study the effective anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Gegen Tang. According to the different physical and chemical properties of the active ingredients of each Chinese herbal medicine, the decoction of Pueraria decoction was extracted and separated by using different methods. The extracted and separated components were combined in pairs and used for anti-inflammatory and analgesic experiments to screen effective sites; Qualitative research on the effective parts of the screening. RESULTS: The anti-inflammatory effect of the decoction without any extraction was slightly better than that of the other groups; and in the aspect of pain relief, the ethyl ether extract, the n-butanol extract, and the remaining three layers of the aqueous layer after the above extraction were used. Better, but no differences between groups. It is considered that the ethyl ether extract part is combined with the n-butanol extract part, which is an effective part of the anti-inflammatory and analgesic part of the party.
