本文以新生期鼠(NR)模拟新生儿对速尿急性耳中毒实验研究,并探测NR对速尿敏感性增高的临界期。用生后1~80天NR58只,实验组(EG)22只。麻醉后暴露听泡,钨丝电极放于圆窗记录第Ⅷ脑神经总合动作电位(CAP),玻璃微电极经圆窗插入蜗管记录蜗内电位(EP)。速尿35mg/kg静脉给药,注药前至用药后二小时持续记录EP和CAP。EG注
In this paper, neonatal rats (NR) simulated neonatal acute furica in rats with experimental furosemide, and explore the sensitivity of furosemide NR increased critical period. 1 to 80 days after birth NR58, experimental group (EG) 22.
