十六大以来,全省人民在省委、省政府的坚强领导下,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,抢抓国家促进中部崛起和扩大内需重大机遇,推进皖江示范区、合芜蚌试验区、创新试点省等几大平台建设,实施“861”行动计划,深化改革开放,推进民生工程,开创了安徽经济社会发展的新局面,全省面貌发生了新的历史性变化,实现了大跨越、大发展。
