提升机制动系统是保障提升机安全运行的关键部件。采用块式液压弹簧闸的方法,对德国产戈培尔-7型单绳摩擦提升机制动系统进行技术改造,实现了提升机的安全制动,使之符合《煤矿安全规程》433条的规定,既提高了提升机的安全可靠性、使用寿命,又提高了企业的经济效益。
Hoist brake system is to protect the safe operation of the elevator key components. The block hydraulic spring brake method was applied to the technical modification of the German-made Goebbel-7 single-rope friction hoist braking system to achieve the safe braking of the hoist and make it comply with the provisions of Article 433 of “Coal Mine Safety Regulations” , Not only improve the safety and reliability of the hoist, the service life, but also improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
