激光喷丸强化对调质40Cr钢组织及耐磨性的影响

利用短脉冲强激光对40Cr调质钢表面进行了激光喷丸强化处理。激光冲击强化参数为激光波长1.054μm,脉冲时间为23 ns,光斑直径为8 mm,功率为20~24 J。选用水为约束层,墨漆为吸收激光能量的涂层。通过测试研究了喷丸强化后材料的微观组织、显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,激光喷丸能够细化表层的微观组织;材料强化后表面显微硬度值能提高30%,并沿深度方向逐渐减小;经过滑动磨损后,未强化处理的试样的累计磨损失重是冲击处理试样1.4倍,强化层磨损机理以磨粒磨损和粘结磨损为主。 The laser shot peening of 40Cr quenched and tempered steel was carried out by using short pulse intense laser. The laser shock enhancement parameters are laser wavelength 1.054μm, pulse time 23 ns, spot diameter 8 mm and power 20 ~ 24 J. Select the water as the constraint layer, ink paint to absorb the laser energy coating. The microstructure, microhardness and friction and wear properties of shot peening materials were studied by testing. The results show that the laser shot peening can refine the microstructure of the surface layer; the microhardness of the surface can be increased by 30% after the material strengthening and gradually decrease along the depth direction; the cumulative wear loss of the non-strengthened sample after the sliding wear 1.4 times the impact of the sample processing, strengthening layer wear mechanism to abrasive wear and bond wear-based.
