根据糖给体的数量将甘草酸衍生物进行了分类,其中包括单糖-甘草次酸、二糖-甘草次酸和多糖-甘草次酸衍生物,并分别对其药理活性和合成方法进行了综述。研究发现,由于氨基酸类的衍生物有更强的药理活性,在近几年得到了很大的发展。
