本文就40所医院1421名医护人员掌握有关自我保健医学知识的现状及教育需求等问题进行了调查,结果表明:多数医护人员对自我保健医学知识掌握程度的主观评价较高,而客观调查的情况则相反,有关自我保健医学知识题答对平均较低。而医护人员对补充自我保健医学知识的迫切性较高,并显示出对加强自我保健医学的在职继续教育和院校教育的积极态度。本文就实施教育的措施与方法等提出了相应对策。
This paper investigates the current situation and educational needs of 1,421 health care professionals in 40 hospitals. The results show that the majority of medical personnel have a higher subjective assessment of self-care medical knowledge and objective investigations. On the contrary, the answer to self-care medical knowledge is lower on average. The urgency for medical personnel to supplement self-care medical knowledge is high, and they show a positive attitude towards strengthening the continuing education and college education of self-care medicine. This article puts forward corresponding countermeasures for implementing education measures and methods.
