中国机械工程学会电加工分会成立已经２０ 年了。２０ 年来，电加工学会围绕学术交流活动开展了许多工作，为行业的发展做出了一定的贡献。在电加工学会成立２０ 周年之际，学会秘书处组织有关人员就我国特种加工技术的发展状况、国外特种加工技术的最新进展及电加工学会的工作等分别撰写了文章，以“特辑”的形式在本刊发表，作为对电加工学会成立２０ 周年的纪念。
