本文通过调查问卷对高校学生干部培养现状进行了分析,找出了高校学生干部培养存在的问题,在此基础上探讨高校学生干部培养的有效对策。
This paper analyzes the status quo of university student leaders through questionnaires and finds out the problems existing in the training of university student leaders. On this basis, it discusses the effective countermeasures for the training of university student leaders.
