郑州桥隧段更换盐害造成的京广上行线K602+650唐庄特大桥换梁施工中,根据设计要求,换下的102孔梁在现场破碎后远运。如何将102孔梁从6-7米高的换梁排架上落到地面成了一个重点难题。在设计翻旧梁方案时,为减少投资,尽量采用现有设备。根据我段实际情况,我们积极想办法,大胆采用2台50吨顶镐将旧梁单片起到梁体倾斜40°左右时,将顶镐把固定在由14mm直径钢筋焊成的三角架下吊着的弹簧上,同时栓细绳。待排架上人全部离开后在排架外拉绳往复运动,将旧梁顶翻于排架下。(示意图)
