目前乡村医生的队伍有两大缺陷:一是素质太差,二是年龄结构偏于老化,且有断代的倾向。这就向我们提出了两项任务:一是提高现有乡村医生的素质;二是培养新一代的乡医村生。就是必须从培训入手,开发乡村医生这一农村卫生人力资源。培训乡村医生的第一个问题,就是要建设好培训基地。乡村医生的培训基地应以县卫校为主。县卫校这一机构的设立很大程度是考虑到乡村医生的培养和提高。由于县处于城市和农村的结合部,更贴近农村;且县卫校经过新时期的建设,多数在校舍、师资、设备上已具有相当的规模,
At present, the team of rural doctors has two major defects: First, the quality is too poor, and second, the age structure tends to be aging, and there is a tendency to have generations. This proposed two tasks to us: the first is to improve the quality of existing rural doctors; the second is to cultivate a new generation of rural medical village students. It is necessary to start with training to develop rural doctors, a rural health human resource. The first problem in training rural doctors is to build a training base. The training base for rural doctors should be based on county health schools. The establishment of this institution in the County Health School largely took into account the cultivation and improvement of rural doctors. Because the county is located in the combined urban and rural areas, it is closer to the rural areas; and after the construction of the new period, the county health school has a considerable scale in school buildings, teachers, and equipment.
